Volunteering at Running of the Bulls 8k!

Our water stop skills were definitely tested last Saturday when BPT volunteered at Bull City Running‘s road race in Durham, Running of the Bulls 8k. With over 700 runners, it was a busy day indeed! We all had a great time and highly recommend this race through Downtown Durham!

BMS Staff Gains New Certifications

Congratulations to Balanced Movement Studio’s personal trainers Amy Vitt and Andy Greene for achieving their certification as a Certified Exercise Specialist (CES)! The CES certification is provided by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, recognizing a professional’s expanded knowledge in human movement science, injury prevention, and recovery expertise.
